The 2026 Renters Reform Bill empowers renters with the freedom to move with just two months’ notice, meaning renters aren’t tied down.

Yet, moving between homes remains one of life’s most stressful experiences, something many experience every 12-18 months.

We believe a safe, secure home is a fundamental human right, and when stuck in a transitionary period, moving home is painful, expensive and often scary.
